The Ninth International Life Cycle Assessment on Foods Conference will be hosted from October 8th to 10th by the American Center for Life Cycle Assessment (ACLCA). This multi-discipilnary event will bring together members of the scientific, industrial and political communities. Being held this year for the first time outside of Eurpe, it is seen as an opportunity to enhance US agriculture through sustainability.

Cristina Rodríguez, environmental consultant and analyst at GreenDelta, will present a paper on the importance of regionalized LCIA in agricultural LCA on Wednesday, Oct 8th and will hold a workshop on regionalized LCA on Thursday, Oct 9th.
