An updated version of the Agribalyse database is now available in openLCA Nexus. It includes new LCI data sets for the products cocoa, mango, palm oil and suckler sheep (lambs, wool and cull ewes) from indoor systems, as well as some corrections to existing data sets and calculation models. You can find a summary of the modifications in the “Database details” on Nexus.
The version available in Nexus does not only include the mapping to openLCA’s reference data but also a refactoring of the original database. Moreover, the ecoinvent product flows used in Agribalyse were linked to the ecoinvent 2.2. version from Nexus, so that both databases can easily be used together. That’s why we recommend to use the Nexus version in openLCA.
Note: Those who ordered the Agribalyse v.1.1 database don´t need to place a new order. You can download v.1.2 directly from the “Downloads” section in Nexus.
